Please complete the first portion of the form below to sign up to volunteer for Veterans Outreach Center's Flag Day Campaign. Once you've submitted your information, a representative from Veterans Outreach Center will get in touch with you to coordinate specific logistics about this volunteer opportunity.

For those interested in sponsoring the event or making a contribution toward the event, please fill out the entire form.  When you click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, you will be redirected to the PayPal secure Web site, where you will be asked to provide payment information for the amount you've pledged on this page. Once you've paid via PayPal, a representative from Veterans Outreach Center will get in touch with you to gather any remaining necessary information.
