Quartermaster
Veterans Outreach Center is committed to ensuring veterans and their families have access to the supplies they need, completely free of charge. Our Quartermaster is open to veterans and their families who need food, clothing, and hygiene items while supplies last.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How it Works:
Clients may schedule appointments by calling 585.546.1081, or walk into the VOC at 447 South Ave., Rochester.
If you’re a new client, we ask that you meet with a case manager who will briefly interview you to figure out your needs.
The Case manager will then notify the QM team that there is a request.

Testimonial
“If it wasn't for the QM, my family would have been struggling with food (especially during COVID). It has also helped me personally because it has brought me up mentally when life was trying to bring me down. It gives me a reason to smile when it's hard to." - Rachel M.
