Care Management

We know that navigating services can feel overwhelming. That’s why our Care Managers are here to guide you every step of the way. Acting as your personal connection to the resources you need, they’ll help identify your goals, coordinate access to our programs, and connect you with trusted community partners when needed. Whether you’re facing challenges with housing, employment, health, or basic needs, our Care Managers ensure you’re never navigating it alone. Their goal is to provide individualized support and simplify the process of getting the right help.

VOC Female Veteran & Families Program

Female veterans often face unique challenges, and we’re here to address them. Our Female Veteran & Families Program provides targeted support for women who have served, as well as for veteran families. This includes specialized case management, peer support, and connections to services that address physical, emotional, and social well-being. We create a safe, welcoming environment where female veterans can find resources, build community, and access programs designed with their experiences in mind. Families are also included, because we know that support systems matter.

Free Bus Passes

Reliable transportation is essential to accessing employment, healthcare, and support services. That’s why Veterans Outreach Center, Inc. partners with RTS (Regional Transit Service) to offer free bus passes to veterans in need. These passes provide critical access to job interviews, medical appointments, and other important resources. By removing transportation barriers, we help veterans stay connected to the services and opportunities that improve their quality of life.
