We offer a wide variety of services without ever leaving Veterans Outreach Center.  Our Care Managers will help guide you to the support you need and serve as a link to the following services:

• Comprehensive care management services

• VOC’s Female Veteran & Families Program

• VOC’s Quartermaster program (Clothing, household goods, and food support)

• Link to on-site and off-site community partners focused on serving veterans:

  • Education - RIT’s Veterans Upward Bound Program

  • Veterans Benefits (VA)- New York State Division of Veterans Affairs and Monroe County Veterans Service Agency

  • And many more!

• Housing search, placement assistance, and referral to veteran-friendly landlords

• Veteran camaraderie programs & events
