Richards House
Richards House provides safe, supportive housing for male veterans in need of emergency shelter and transitional services. Designed for veterans facing homelessness or unstable housing, this program offers more than a temporary place to stay—it provides structure, respect, and the resources needed to regain stability. Residents work closely with care managers to address personal goals and connect with essential services that lead to long-term success.

With tailored support and a focus on fostering confidence and self-sufficiency, Otto’s Phoenix House helps female veterans overcome barriers and achieve greater stability.
