Richards House

Richards House provides safe, supportive housing for male veterans in need of emergency shelter and transitional services. Designed for veterans facing homelessness or unstable housing, this program offers more than a temporary place to stay—it provides structure, respect, and the resources needed to regain stability. Residents work closely with care managers to address personal goals and connect with essential services that lead to long-term success.

At Richards House, Veterans Receive:

Otto’s Phoenix House

Otto’s Phoenix House offers transitional housing for female veterans and their children experiencing homelessness. This program creates a safe and welcoming space where women can heal, rebuild, and work toward permanent housing solutions. With tailored support and a focus on fostering confidence and self-sufficiency, Otto’s Phoenix House helps female veterans overcome barriers and achieve greater stability.

Liberty Landing provides long-term supportive housing for veterans who need additional time and resources to achieve full independence. This program offers a stable, structured environment where residents can focus on employment, life skills, and securing permanent housing. With continued access to case management and community support, Liberty Landing helps veterans build a strong foundation for a successful future.
